Subaru Renews Partnership With The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society

Subaru has chosen to once again renew their partnership with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. This is the seventh year that this partnership will take place, and it runs throughout the month of June. The goal of this campaign, which takes place every year, is to spread hope and love to cancer patients in the form of messages and blanket donations. At the end of 2022, Subaru of America will have donated 230,000 blankets to those affected by a cancer diagnosis.

Subaru is committed to helping people lead healthier and happier lives, which is why this partnership with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society is so important to the auto manufacturer. Subaru Loves to Care month is something that 616 different Subaru retailers participate in. In addition to blankets and warm messages, craft kits and other items will be delivered directly to patients all across the U.S. Subaru will also be matching online donations dollar-for-dollar up to $250,000 total.

Every three minutes in the United States, a new person is diagnosed with either leukemia, lymphoma, or myeloma. The treatments for these cancers can really take their toll on patients, leading to exhaustion and discouragement. By showing support, encouragement, hope, and warmth, Subaru is addressing a very important community need. This long standing partnership is likely something that will occur many years into the future.
