A large majority of Subaru owners are known pet lovers and the brand has gone out of their way to appeal to these types of car buyers by showing how much they love animals. In 2013, the automaker launched a funny ad campaign featuring a canine family, the Barkleys, and it was such a success that they recently decided bring back the adorable pups for an all-new ad campaign that is airing everywhere now.

"Subaru and its customers have a deep connection to pets. Eight out of 10 Subaru owners are pet owners, and our brand continues to support the causes and initiatives that our customers care about," said Alan Bethke, vice president, marketing at Subaru of America. "The new 'Dog Tested. Dog Approved.' campaign puts the Barkley family in the driver's seat to help celebrate this shared love."

Subaru’s new TV spots featuring the Barkleys are some of the cutest commercials you’ll ever see. Subaru has a released a total of five different ads, which all showcase the four-legged family of Labradors driving around in different Subaru models, including the Outback, Legacy, and Forester. Each ad even features its own funny theme, with the family having to deal with different trials and tribulations any typical American family would encounter, but with a pet-related twist.
