The 2015 Forester's key updates include:
- When winter comes back around, Forester 2.0XT Premium owners will enjoy standard heated front seats, heated outside mirrors and even a de-icer for the windshield wipers - contents from the All-Weather Package that are now standard on this trim level
- The 2.5i Premium with manual transmission has added a standard panoramic moonroof, which was formerly standard on CVT-equipped models only
- The 2.5i base model offers enhanced safety with a new rear vision camera and color display, which are standard on this trim for the first time; these features were and continue to be standard on all other trims, as well
- Forester Touring shoppers can select an optional navigation system, which comes with a 6.1-inch display, satellite radio, voice commands and smartphone integration
- The 2.5i Touring gets bigger wheels this year, replacing its 17-inchers with shiny new 18-inch alloy wheels
