The Basic Limited Warranty provides basic coverage for 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever occurs first. However, the Seatbelt Warranty covers the vehicle's seat belts and other seatbelt components that may fail during regular use for life.

Subaru Powertrain Limited Warranty

The Powertrain Warranty is covers all new Subaru models for 5 years or 60,000 miles, whichever occurs first. Components covered are:

• Timing gears, belts, and covers

The Hybrid System Warranty provides coverage for 8 years or 100,000 miles. Coverage for this warranty includes repairs to defects in workmanship or materials for the below plug-in hybrid electrical components:

• Battery Control Modules and power control unit
• High voltage battery packs
• Hybrid system control module
• Hydraulic booster
• Battery control module
• Onboard charger and charger cables
• Electric motor and transmission assembly
