Subaru has officially broken their past record on the Isle of Man TT Road Course using the WRX STI Time Attack. Professional driver Mark Higgins, who set the previous record of 116.47 mph at a time of 19.26, was able to clock in a new time of 17.35 at an average speed of 128.73 mph.
