In 2025, Van Subaru supported animal welfare through the Subaru Loves Pets initiative, partnering with the ASPCA to make a measurable impact at both the local and national level.

Locally, Van Subaru contributed $4,000 to the Northland Animal Welfare Society (NAWS), helping support 63 animals, including 27 dogs and 36 cats. Funding helped cover essential veterinary care, spay and neuter services, and adoption readiness, while also providing pet families with supplies during local pet wellness and outreach events. .

 

 

Subaru firmly believes that children need access to basic essentials to thrive. For Subaru, supporting the healthy development of children by providing basic necessities is a core value. As temperatures drop, the cost of winter gear can become a significant burden for families in need. This motivated Subaru to join forces with Operation Warm, ensuring that no child has to go without essential winter protection.

The 2026 Gear for Good initiative is set to deliver critical resources to five youth soccer programs located throughout the United States. By making the sport more accessible, the program aims to guide children toward healthy and successful lives.

On October 12th, Subaru officially announced that their annual Share the Love event will be back for a fifteenth consecutive year. For the uninitiated, this annual event sees Subaru partner with several large national charities, numerous smaller hometown charities, and countless retailers. Their goal for the latest event is to raise at least $250 million dollars.
